About PennRR

Built in the Field. Focused on Preservation.

PennRR is a family-owned property preservation company built around a simple idea: understand the asset before recommending the solution. Our experience comes from working with preservation technologies in the field, learning how they perform, and helping property owners make practical decisions about what comes next.

    Our Story

Experience That Started With the Work Itself.

Members of the PennRR team began gaining hands-on experience with rejuvenation technologies in 2024 by applying early versions of the products on real projects. Through that work, the team observed how the materials behaved in actual field conditions and regularly provided feedback to the chemist responsible for developing the formulations.

That relationship grew beyond simply applying a finished product. Field observations helped identify opportunities for improvement, formulations continued to evolve, and the team gained firsthand understanding of both the application process and the practical problems these technologies were intended to solve.

That experience eventually developed into the opportunity to work directly with the manufacturer and build an independent operation around improved pavement and roof preservation solutions.

Today, that field-first mindset remains central to PennRR.

    How We Approach the Work

Understand the Asset. Recommend What Makes Sense.

A service only creates value when it addresses the condition actually in front of us. That's why PennRR starts by understanding the property, the condition of the asset, and what the owner or manager is trying to accomplish before recommending a path forward.

Depending on the situation, that path may include pavement preservation, roof rejuvenation, soil stabilization, pressure washing, or another appropriate maintenance strategy. The goal is not to force every property into the same solution—it is to identify a practical next step grounded in what the asset actually needs.

    Think Ahead

The Best Time to Think About an Asset Isn't After It Fails.

Property owners often have more options while pavement, roofing, and other assets still have useful life remaining. Proactive maintenance and preservation can give owners an opportunity to protect existing investments, plan future expenditures, and make decisions before problems become urgent.

Preservation is about creating room to plan—not waiting until the property makes the decision for you.

    Built for the Long Term

We Want to Be the Call You Make Before There's a Crisis.

The best property decisions are rarely made after a problem becomes urgent. PennRR is built around developing long-term relationships with property owners, managers, and associations so we can help them understand what they're seeing, plan ahead, and take action when the timing makes sense.

Whether that means preserving an asset today, monitoring it for another year, addressing a smaller issue first, or planning for a larger future expense, our goal is to help you make informed decisions about the property over time.

    Our Principles

How We Think About Your Property

    01

    Understand Before Recommending

Start with the condition of the asset, the property owner's concerns, and what the property needs before deciding on a solution.

    02

    Preserve When It Makes Sense

When an asset still has useful life worth protecting, preservation can provide another option before more intensive work becomes necessary.

    03

    Recommend the Practical Next Step

The right recommendation should reflect the actual condition of the property—not simply the service that brought us there.

    04

    Think Beyond One Project

Build relationships that help property owners and managers make better-informed decisions as their assets and maintenance needs change over time.

We're Here for the Next Decision, Too.

You don't need to know which treatment your property needs before contacting us. Tell us what you're seeing, what you're concerned about, or what you're trying to plan for. We'll start there.

As a family-owned and operated company, we want our reputation to be built on what happens after the first project—not just what happens during it.
